LESER Type 441/442 ANSI High Performance Safety Valve
AirGasLiquidSteam
The LESER Type 441/442 is the ASME version of LESER's High Performance full-lift safety valve range, designed for the widest set pressure and temperature envelope of any LESER spring-loaded valve. The 441 is the open-bonnet variant and the 442 is the closed-bonnet variant, both built around the same full-lift trim and angle-type body for maximum discharge capacity.
The valve is a full-lift safety valve per ASME Section VIII with a lift-to-diameter ratio designed to reach full opening within 10% overpressure on gas and steam service. Supplied with ASME B16.5 flanges up to Class 300 as standard.
Available in WCB carbon steel, CF8M stainless steel, and high alloy options including Hastelloy and Duplex on request. Certified to ASME Section VIII (UV stamp), National Board, CE/PED 97/23/EC and DIN EN ISO 4126-1, along with classification society approvals from BV, DNV, GL, Lloyd's Register, ClassNK and RINA. NACE MR0175 compliant construction available for sour service.
