LESER Type 441/442 DIN High Performance Safety Valve

LESER Series 441/442 DIN High Performance Relief Valve

AirGasLiquidSteam
The LESER Type 441/442 is the DIN version of LESER's High Performance full-lift safety valve range, designed for the widest set pressure and temperature envelope of any LESER spring-loaded valve. The 441 is the open-bonnet variant and the 442 is the closed-bonnet variant, both built around the same full-lift trim and angle-type body for maximum discharge capacity. The valve is a full-lift safety valve per AD 2000-Merkblatt A2 with a lift-to-diameter ratio designed to reach full opening within 5% overpressure on gas and steam service. Available in a wide range of body materials including Cast Iron, Ductile Grade, WCB carbon steel,, CF8M stainless steel, and high alloy options including Hastelloy/Duplex on request. Certified to CE/PED 97/23/EC, DIN EN ISO 4126-1, AD 2000-Merkblatt A2 with TÜV SV component testing, along with classification society approvals from BV, DNV, GL, Lloyd's Register, ClassNK and RINA. NACE MR0175 compliant construction available for sour service.
